Initially I had an appointment with another salon but on the way there, I read their google reviews and was shocked with a ton of bad reviews! I immediately cancelled my appointment with the previous place and searched for a salon on Google with good reviews and JT Hair Salon came up – & it didn’t disappoint! Despite my last minute appointment, they were able to accommodate to me.
During consultation, a lady that worked there had helped me translate (as my hair stylist was not English speaking) to Malay my options for hair extensions. Despite it being my first time getting hair extensions with no prior knowledge, there was no hard selling but instead clear explanations of my options and a genuine desire to help me achieve the kind of look I wanted.
Jason had attended to me throughout the whole process. I understand that the process was very long (approx. 5h with cut, installation of extensions, cut again and styling) and yet, he was very patient, efficient and gentle! Genuinely had such a pleasant experience with them, am happy with the outcome & would recommend wholeheartedly. I am not one to leave reviews but thought they genuinely deserved a compliment and acknowledgement to keep up their good work & service!
